TweetMonitor - got this app on sale for 99 cents. It searches Twitter for specific words or terms. Save individual tweets from those streams if you wish.

Use the screenshot function of the iPhone to save your information.







Then you get a list of people who tweeted about a flu shot and the word sick.



You can do this this through a web site, but this gives you a handy app and the ability to quickly bring up the information you have saved.
